Decibel Research was founded in 2011 by David Barnes, a market research professional with over 10 years experience within the industry. David holds an honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics and started his career in London, UK before moving to Australia with ACNielsen at the start of the millennium. Since then he has been Data Processing Manager at D&M Research and Ipsos before performing the role of Research Consultant at The Leading Edge and Edentify, prior to making the bold move to embark on a new journey.
